When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders are dispatched and delivered within 1 - 2  hours of order confirmation every day, excluding public holidays. If our delivery service is unable to deliver for any reason, you will be contacted via telephone to arrange an alternative delivery time. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Products or services are subject to availability. In the event that a product runs out of stock after we receive your order, we will contact you via the details you have provided to advise you. 

Prescription medications will require an upload of a copy of the prescription and the original prescription to be provided at the time of delivery.

Should an incorrect item be dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service.
