- How to Use
- Blow your nose gently before use.
- Shake the bottle gently.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other nostril with a finger.
- Spray once or twice into the nostril while inhaling gently.
- Repeat in the other nostril if needed, as directed.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose, usually 1-2 sprays per nostril, up to 3 times daily.
- Use only for a short duration to avoid rebound congestion.
