When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders are dispatched and delivered within 1 - 2  hours of order confirmation every day, excluding public holidays. Our delivery service team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm product availability.

If our delivery service is unable to deliver for any reason, you will be contacted via telephone to arrange an alternative delivery time. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
